How do I set up my Sensi thermostat to work with Samsung SmartThings?

To get started:

       1. Download the Sensi app, create a Sensi account, and register your Sensi thermostat through the Sensi app. Note: you must have a registered Sensi account to set up your thermostat to work with the SmartThings services.

       2. Set up your SmartThings account and download the SmartThings app.

• Note: Sensi is not compatible with the SmartThings Classic app.

To directly control your Sensi thermostat from the SmartThings app:

1. Open the SmartThings app.
2. Tap on the + sign.
3. Tap Add device.
4. Tap Thermostat.
5. Tap Sensi. 
6. Tap on Sensi Smart Thermostat.
7. You’ll need to select a location in your home and a room to put them. You can edit this later. Tap Next.
8. Enter your Sensi email and password and tap Sign In. (Be sure to not have extra spaces before or after your email or password.)
9. After you see confirmation that SmartThings has been linked with your Sensi thermostat, tap the “X”.
10. A list of your connected thermostats will appear. Tap Done.

You can tap on any of your thermostats and adjust them just like you can from the Sensi app. You can change the system mode, fan mode, and change the set point. You can also see the humidity, and activity history.
